1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable for the following cases:
Unauthorized transactions
Platform-related errors or system malfunctions
Service disruptions directly caused by Capay
Failed recurring billing charges due to system errors
All refund or dispute claims must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date
Refunds will not be issued for transactions that were knowingly and intentionally completed by the user
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team with the following details:
Transaction ID or billing reference
Date and amount of payment
Detailed reason for the refund request
Any supporting documents (invoices, screenshots, correspondence, etc.)
Requests can be submitted via email at grow@capay.com or through our customer portal support system.
3. Processing Time
Refund requests will be reviewed and responded to within 5-7 business days
If approved, refunds will be processed and returned to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
Subscription refunds may require additional processing time for prorated calculations
4. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be provided for:
Subscription or recurring billing fees that have already been used or activated
Transactions conducted via third-party providers integrated with Capay
Purchases made from merchants or businesses using Capay—please contact the seller directly for their return and refund policies
International transaction fees and currency conversion charges
Customization or integration services already delivered
5. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution
If you suspect unauthorized activity or a payment error, we strongly encourage you to contact Capay Support before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We aim to resolve disputes promptly and minimize delays or extra fees.
